It's good to see Play Asia finally listing it. Haven't decided to get mine yet; has anyone done anything interesting with theirs so far?

I got mine. But, where do I get a power supply for it? It needs a 5V 3A supply - not included with the device. Silly me, I didn't read the product description very carefully and just assumed it would accept the same power supply as the GP2X itself. The manual says to only use a GP2X certified supply, but I don't see one with these specs for sale.

Be warned, IIRC it uses the opposite polarity then the adapter. Call/Email your retailer to get the correct information on what to use.

I got replies from both Play Asia and GP2X Store and neither of them sells an AC adapator for this cradle. If anyone has one of these cradles, what are you using for a power supply?

Something like this:

Edit: I just read it doesn't supply 5v (crap >:( )

Nor does it supply 3 Amps. Sigh.
I guess first off I am going to have to open the sucker up and look at the circuit board and see if I can figure out if it is positive or negative centre. And then see if Radio Shack or somewhere has a device with the right voltage, amps and plug end...
Edit: I took it apart and from what I can tell (polarity on the USB pins and the power LED, it's a positive centre connector). - --( o-- + . Off to Radio Shack to see if they have something like it. Oddly enough, the bottom of the unit says 5V 2A, but the manual says 5V 3A if you want to plug a USB drive into it.
