Ive been looking all over for a Pokemon Generator.

What I want is something that makes pokemon as in i put the pokemon i want i edit the stats it name it i edit everything from them you know like level/stats/etc

also that transform into an AR code for the ACTION REPLY DS so i can put the code in there and i can enable to and use it and etc also thats SAVABLE so when i save my game its always there..

So does anyone know where i can get a program like this??
