[Firmware 2.10 -> 2.17 dump]

I've noticed some interesting changes in 2.17

dev_flash_007<- appears to be optimized
dev_flash_008<- appears to be optimized

I'm guessing to improve stability... The other files interest me more...

dev_flash_006
dev_flash_009
dev_flash_014

Possible security / bug fixes???

If any other devs are looking at this stuff I'd like to discuss it with you.
