[How do i install the PSP UAE v0.31 kbd 0.1]

How do i install the PSP UAE v0.31 kbd 0.1, ive had the amiga emulator up and running but cant seem to install the keyboard.
Where am i going wrong? or is this a question nobody is allowd to answer?
