My, My! A week ago was such a really weird day! However, in the beginning, I need to tell you something about my profession. I work as an assistant chef in a magnificent restaurant, in a picturesque Chicago, in a well-known IL state. On 5th of December 2011, an inspection came around to check on us, and we were totally startled. We had to lock our restaurant for an hour, and the final outcome of this inspection was this: Fail.
