Gran Turismo 3 is the one I keep going back to. I still have loads left to do and it still looks and plays great today.

If I had to pick one to rule them all, it'd be Rez, with Ico and R-Type Final close behind. I guess from those, it looks like I gravitate toward eye-candy with ambiance. ^^d
I'd say: "Star wars Battlefront II"...
It's really fun for a star wars game (since most of the others suck), it has a good replay value and ranks and an online mode...
