Harvest moon:tail of two 3ds-mode? (just a thought)

I noticed with a lot (and i say a lot lightly, im not so sure about console hacking) of hacks for systems use memory "overflow" or certain "crashes" in order to obtain "hackability" (is that even the proper term?). I also noticed that harvest moon: tail of two towns crashes the 3ds a whole bunch. I'm not suggesting correlation but i think it may be something to look at seeing as it is a signed game and maybe is exploitable?
