dctool 1.0.4 and dcload 1.0.4

iv compiled a cvs build of dctool and dcload as of todays 11/17/2005 with gcc 3.0.4 since thats the last version that iv have with libbfd installed

These were built under cygwin both serial and bba versions.

both rars contain the dc-tool exe for cygwin under windows and the ip.bin and 1st_read.bin(unscrambled) for dcload for both versions.
