browser via 2.X firmware through umd loader?

I'm pretty new to the site and am wondering if anyone's tried running the web browser by running the 2.0,2.5 etc firmware through umd loader. if you can run a 2.5 firmware dump through umd loader does it let you play games that require 2.5 (that is assuming there is a game out that requires this firmware version and if 2.5 can be dumped)


one last thing if this does work. is there a way to extract the firmware from the updates without flashing your psp (I've already flashed twice and I've heard of it messing up if you flash too many times.)
