Ridge Racer Vita has just three (old) courses

Ridge Racer on PlayStation Vita will contain just three tracks, all pulled from previous games, and five cars.
That's according to reports from a recent Namco Bandai press event in Japan (via Andriasang).
The three tracks in the game, Harborline 765, Highland Cliffs and Southbay Docks, are said to be unchanged from their previous appearances. The ability to play them in reverse doesn't really suffice, we say.
Namco is, however, pricing the game slightly lower than other Vita games. While Uncharted: Golden Abyss will be priced at 5,980 yen (£50) in retail, RR will come at 3,980 (about £33). Likewise, the download version of RR will be cheap, selling at a special price of 2,980 (£24) until March 31, when it's price will rise to match the retail copy.

Still getting it now?As huge Ridge Racer fans, we find this hugely disappointing. Three courses was minimal back in the original Ridge Racer Revolution days, but at least back then it was a technical marvel.
