THQ reveals plans for 1.4m unsold uDraw tablets

THQ has revealed how it plans to offload the 1.4 million unsold uDraw units responsible for dragging down it latest quarterly financial report.A spokesperson for the publisher told Kotaku that, to the best of their knowledge, the leftover stock is not being dumped.Instead THQ hopes too offload the devices at a greatly reduced price tag, "perhaps at non-traditional game retailers and discount stores."Just how much it's willing to knock off the original £69.99 RRP, THQ didn't say. However, Amazon is currently selling it for £23.97.Yesterday, THQ CFO Paul Pucino admitted that disastrous sales of the device had resulted in a whopping $100 million revenue shortfall which contributed in no small way to a $55.9 million quarterly loss for the publisher.
