Shipping rate varies enormously so do shop around.
Most bluetooth GPS are shipped with a USB cable (for charging only) and a car USB adapter. Some will include AC adapter. Look at the contents it include.

I never buy in ebay, and hanvt payPal account now... if you all recommend ebay, be getting new experience :)
