• While those in Japan will be able to party it up at Super Nintendo World later this summer, North Americans won't have to wait too long to get their own chance to explore a Nintendo theme park for themselves. As part of Universal Orlando's upcoming Epic Universe expansion, which spans over 570 acres of land, one of the main attractions will be Super Nintendo World. The news was confirmed by a Comcast executive, Brian Roberts, during an earnings conference today, announcing that Universal Orlando would feature four main locations: Universal Studios itself, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, and Super Nintendo World. No specific date was given, but Epic Universe is slated to open sometime in 2023.
