Awesomenauts release to go ahead

Downloadable 2D MOBA Awesomenauts will be released this week as planned, developer Ronimo Games has confirmed.
As we reported yesterday, the studio was unclear on whether its second game would launch for XBLA and PSN this week after German publisher DTP Entertainment filed for insolvency.
However, co-founder Jasper Koning has confirmed in an email that Awesomenauts will be released this Wednesday as planned, though he was unable to go into specifics.
It's great news for a studio formed in 2007 by Koning and co-founder Fabian Akker, graduates from the Utrecht School Of Arts who designed the original De Blob concept. The 12-strong studio's first game, Swords & Soldiers, was released for WiiWare in 2009 and later launched for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and PSN.
