[SWITCH] Weather with Moon Phase v1.0

ELY M offers version 1.0 of " Weather with Moon Phase ", utility that will use your internet connection and your GPS position to give you the weather and display the lunar calendar on nintendo Switch.

I was working on these days. I have few different versions.
They need to be run via title replacement or one of the games or hbmenu nsp.
These weather apps can only be downloaded from NWS weather sites in USA.
