Yesterday I tried to download a map by clicking on goole terrain, but the map I get is equal to google mapps, ie there are the streets and other indications but without shadow of terrain and level curves. Is an only problem for me or that option does not work on gmdl?

Hi Guys,

I've read some posts about that but don't know if it was solved already. I'm trying to download hybrid google maps but once I start the process I only can see Google maps (only the streets) tiles at the directories.

I tried yesterday from home in a Vista PC and I'm trying now in a Windows 2000 but seems the same behavior. Does anyone knows what can I do to download the hybrid tiles and see it in my PSP Map This software?

so im using this to ma maps for my area, but why in the world is it so slow?? i mean, ive had it running for 1 hours already and it is at 27% done?? i have a dual core 3.6 ghz system, its like its using 3% of my system cpu.....

and the maps final size is supposed to be like 2330 mb....

you can significantly trim the file size and d/l time by dropping most detailed zoom levels (there are options in the program to do that.

I am a Chinese user. GOOGLE map of China recently updated, very detailed in all aspects. GMDL positioning operation to China. Click Preview to see anything, and how to do ah. I tried GMDL0.5.09b \ GMDL0.5.10a will not work.
