Info and changelog:
- Added option to enable/disable multi-threaded pixel-filtering
- Reduced max. number of cores to use for multi-threaded pixel-filtering to 8
- Fixed black border at top in OpenGL fullscreen
- Don't use OpenGL display lists anymore
