Apple is reportedly planning its second Apple Watch, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The Apple Watch 2 will allegedly feature a FaceTime video camera, which will be integrated into the top bezel of the watch.
Following the rollout of watchOS 2.0 at the Worldwide Developers Conference earlier this month, the software will allow users to answer FaceTime Audio calls from the watch.
According to 9to5mac, it seems likely that the second device will come in 2016.
Apple is also allegedly planning to integrate a new wireless chipset into the watch, to help it work independently without an iPhone.
In addition, Apple is hoping to improve the watch’s battery life, while adding more advanced hardware features.
There are currently a wide range of Apple Watch versions, including the Sport and Steel additions, but Apple is also hoping to launch new models with its second generation device.
The firm is reportedly looking at introducing new models that will be priced between $1,000 and $10,000.
