I was searching around and found a site that said that in the recent psp manuals it says that by going to the system information setting (the thing that shows your firmware version etc.) and rotate your analog in a circular motion at that setting, it will re-calibrate your analog stick and adjust its movement range which will supposedly fix drifting etc.
Supposedly its for both fat & slim psps
I have tried this and it worked for me on the fat psp, so if this does work for everyone else, we won't need to open our psps anymore!!:thumbup:
If true that's very interesting indeed.
My analogue nub is still in pretty good nick, if a little loose, so I cant test this myself.
