Dreamcast is the best.
The Dreamcast is and always will be the best.
As an aside, since the Dreamcast is in fact finally dead (seven years later,) Damn Sega!
Strictly for homebrew, I have been told X-Box is the best (And I still do not believe it.)

As far as I've ever seen there are only maybe 10 or so homebrew games/emus/apps/whathaveyou for the xbox. The rest is just PC programs that have new menus on them. It's less than porting, and they even have to use a stolen package to create them. Originally Posted by Triv1um
