Some early drawings of Tayto Park’s new planned 2021 coaster project have been submitted to the local planning board. From what we see in the images sent in, the project actually appears as if it could be two interwoven coasters from Vekoma… a custom layout family boomerang coaster tangled up within the layout of a larger suspended coaster.

Tayto Park in Ireland announced that they are in the planning stages of building a large new steel roller coaster for the park to open in 2021. While the manufactuer of the new coaster was not mentioned, they did report that it will cost about €14 million, with a theoretical capacity of 1,200 riders per hour and will stand about 105 feet tall, the same height as their existing Cu Chulainn wooden coaster, but with a longer layout. Given the height and length and cost, I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being a launched coaster of some kind.
