Happy June 15th, all: Atmosphere 0.8.3 has released:
This contains a bunch of bug fixes and new features (and very excitingly a feature to reboot directly from atmosphere-HOS to a payload, without the need for RCM. (note: this is not coldboot))

Cool secondary feature in AMS 0.8.3: the new system settings customization. By default, this is used to disable error report uploading, and enable USB 3.0 superspeed for homebrew (when cable/port permit it). All sorts of cool stuff is possible
