    Not sure what you mean.
    This decrypts 4.0 just fine.

    Here is the Readme:

RS PsarDumper 3.4 based on RedSquirrel 3.2 version
Moded by PSPGEN's Anonymous dev 2.
All greats and credits are written in the Main Frame of PsarDumper 3.4

    Quoi de neuf docteur ?

    - Ajouts des deux clés de décryptage dans le pspdecrypt pour le FW 4.00

    - Le support du FW 4.00 a été ajouté au programme principal.

    - Les buffers ont été corrigés afin de supporter le décryptage du 4.00

    English Version ;

PsarDumper is an utility that is used to decrypt and extract all files
contained in an EBOOT from official update. M33 does not released a
new version of its PsarDumper, HellDashX, Red_Squirrel and then Miriam has done
new one to décrypt new firmwares.

This time, another developer who wants, too, remain
anonymous, makes us enjoy, exclusively for PSPGEn, his talent for
update this famous utility. Please note that Miriam has nothing to do
    with this release.

    What's up Doc ?

    - Additions of two decryption keys in the pspdecrypt for FW 4.00

    - The support FW 4.00 was added to the main program.

    - The buffers have been adjusted to support the decoding of 4.00

That is what is says with 3.3
I downloaded the newest version attached to this thread
and then copied all the new files to the correct locations over writing the old ones and viola it works perfect.
    Too Easy.
