Action Replay For Wii : Proof
Although the action replay is not shown, it is obvious that AR codes have been used on this Wii version of Zelda Twilight Princess.

I also found some sites containing a few AR codes which are for games like SSBB (Super Smash Bros. Brawl)

there is a power saves 4 wii but never heard of ar 4 wii

That's probably a combination of using AR hacked saves and Ocarina, the Wii homebrew app that allows you to use codes on retail games. Just a guess.
