hey this is a great improvement, keep up the good work.
just curious but is this emu based on vba or built from the ground up?
castlevania games are now very close to being playable(without sound) and advance wars is now perfectly playable.

This is great, many games are now playable, especially RPGs. The best thing about this update is that it proves that the emu can be optimized and that someone actually does it. Thanks!

excellent work. My PSP purchase is guaranteed now (i tried this out on my cousins PSP). This is the main reason why i got into the psp, because i knew someone was gonna emulate the GBA one day. Jus fix the sound up a bit and speed it up a bit more an you'll have one of the best emulators for the psp. I took up programming an coding for a year and i ended up giving it up, but from what little experience i have in programming i can see all the hard work this took to get this far. this is really impressive. keep it up

    psp298 your work is GREAT!
a LOT of problems have been solved! The file list is OK now, the speed has really improved and the dirty screen on resize is gone.
The best idea is the original screen size: realy, I didn't realize the PSP screen has such a good resolution!!! The original GBA size, boys, is small when put into a magnificent PSP mega screen.
Lilo & Stich plays well and Yu-Gi-Ho! Day of the Duelist is almost playable (well, almost...).
I can't understand why Broken Sword intro sequence is so slooooow.
Now the project is near completion: I think the next steps are
    a) small increase in speed if it is possible (not a immediate need)
    b) face the problem SOUND
    c) understand why specific games are not working or are working very badly (it could help understand how to solve some bugs or how to tackle emulation barriers)

But for now I can only say THANKS. Keep up the very good and professional work.

Keep at it and dont quit until you have it perfected.....with what you have shown us I know you can do it....

    Now get back to work!

This is definitely one of the best ones out there. I mean Seriously I cannot give enough credit to PSP298. You are my holy savior, I love the GBA, I love it with all a man can physically love an inanimate object.
