    Default SEGA Arcade DVD Question

    Hey I had a question about copying a SEGA DVD install disk for an arcade machine. I have a copy of " Let's Go Jungle! - Island of the lost spice" and I'm not only unable to copy by any means but even read the disk at all. The disk is a SEGA Lindbergh DVD-ROM. Has DVP-0011A for the reversion printed on it. Does anyone have any idea as to how to even get the computer to read the disk at the least? I'm running on a Mac Power book right now, but have a windows machine available as well [ through parallels unfortunately ] If anyone has any info that would be great.

    It's a Sega Lindbergh arcade game. I don't think it's possible to do a backup of that kind of discs.
