Yep, it's a PS3 game. Oh yes, you'd like it even without playing the previous two, you'll only miss some of the jokes and cameos. If you're really interested in playing the previous games, Disgaea 1 is going to be a greatest hits title next month, and 2, well that one wasn't too great.
