Then take the"ULUS10041S0","ULUS10041S1"files and put them in the SAVEGAME Folder.After you autoload without the memory card in the first time,put the memory card in, then go in the Menu and load the game thats called (Cheat Device Ver.0.7)DO NOT change anything on the cheat menu yet,When you are done with that,then load the one called(Day420,$999999999.100% complete)At this point you should be GOD!!!
YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO DO , IT's DONE!!! Coolest ver. ever!!!

If you get the GTA cheat from the original author, it has EU and AUS support.

A member named Kevin informed me that it turns of the cheat device if you press L+R+up,
you need to press L+up to get rid of the words.
