how can i make the nintendo ds lite expansion pak run gba roms (i have an r4)

ok so i have an r4 revoloution card and i also have the nintendo ds lite browser. with it came the nintendo ds lite expansion pak. it comes with ram and stuff so how would i go about making it play gba roms? please put all links in to download software (if needed) and please help!

The Opera RAM pack cannot be used for launching GBA binaries. Its earliest possible writable portion doesn't start until a good amount after the address that the GBA starts execution from.
