Play games of memory stick loading times?

Want to know if the loading time of playing psp games of the memory stick loads slower or faster than umd?

Flash memory has always had the potential to be one of the fastest media formats for how little power it uses. Nintendo knows this, and it is why the DS and GBA use cartridge format (a type of flash). The problem with flash though, is that it is hardly cheap.

It would be great if Sony could have made their PSP run off of flash memory cards, but it is such an expensive format right now ($200 for a 2gb stick) that it isn't worth it to product developers.... yet.

I personally used to run my games from mem stick (legal backups btw, I firmly disagree with piracy), and yes it does load alot faster (ALOT), and the battery lasts longer. I haven't done that since GTA though.
