Winnydows has released a new version of his Video Converter for the PSP:

List of new features:
Fixed encoding to FLV.
Enhanced maximum FLV resolution.
Fixed aspect detection.
Updated components: x264, MKVtoolnix, tsMuxeR.
Removed old x264 options.
Added new x264 options: Adaptive Quantization, PsyRDO, PsyTrellis, SubME 8 and SubME 9.
Fixed mapping of some windows.
Added autocrop sensivity option.
Now by default anamorph aspect converted to square pixels aspect.
To global settins added options:
Save anamorphic aspect,
Encoded all to progressive video.
Fixed encoding to MKV.
Maximum x264 bitrate enhanced to 90 mbit.
Auto ColorMatrix off by default now.
To global settings added control of auto ColorMatrix option.
