getting close, i think

Hey guys, i just got into this 2 days ago, have some hacking experience but no expert.
Ok, i applied the twilight hack. Have all the files i need loaded and newest ones i think, wad manager 1.3,, the newest Ios files in the download section, backup launcher gamma 0.3,
I burned 3 different games always getting disk error, after reading on here, went and got verbatim dvd-r, running backup creator, imgburn, tried 1x and 2x. and still always get disk error,
the games i have tried are ocean commander, animal crossing, and sega genisis master disk.
Still no luck, do u guys have any other suggestions?
