Can't get mic working (PSP Slim)

Hello, I'm trying to use Skype on my PSP Slim, but it's not working.

I bought one of these:

And also tried with the genuine PSP headset.
Only the remote control isn't genuine.

I connect to Skype and try that Voice Test Call, but it simply doesn't work. I hear the woman speaking, but can't hear my voice.
I don't know what I am doing wrong...

Is there any homebrew to test the Microphone?
