Okay this rocks i have been waiting for a port for awhile no offense from anyone as some will come soon but YAY cant wait to check this one out good work kamjin
Kamjin has been hard at work and releases another game for your enjoyment, heres the news from the great man himself:[br][br]A port of the Game Rogue.[br]Since I got lucky, and got a hold of some older source code, enough for a test release. With a DC Keyboard it's pretty much playable with a few annoyances, some minor bug, and missing features. Enjoy and if you find any problems that aren't listed let me know over at DCEMU, or DCEMULATION. [br][br]Download this new game at This Page
Whats the game about for those that arent familiar with it ?
There's actually a newer build of the game that doesn't need the
keyboard, as well as other fix-ups/enhancements, I had put it up
literally minutes after the news about chardemo was posted.
Until it's mirrored you can grab it off.

It's a long time comming for rogue, should have been done
ages ago.. I remeber someone said they were going to do
it.. well better late than never :
Wraggster, Dunno if you caught my mail.. the new file is on
hombrew server called roguedc10.zip..
thanks just going to make a new page
Rogue is what started all the following
Moria, Hack, Nethack, Angband etc..
your job is to make it down to level 20, get an
amulet, then make you way back to the top
it's pretty much the "mother" of RPG's
Take a look..

Test release.. was mainly to find any real bugs..
The controller could only move the character..
(u/d/l/r) you couldn't
do any commands from the controller, so you'd
kinda be stuck on level 1,
The new one has all the commands accesible with
the dpad, and triggers, so it's 100% playable
.. the only thing missing is saving.. in a sense it's
not a major thing since you can't reload save's
after you die, they're mainly intended to let you
stop and continue later.. I haven't created code
to check how large a save file will be , so I'm
holding off on enabling it, until I'm 100% sure
of how big they can get, and I can check before
I write to the vmu.. so no one ends up with those
nasty missing block problems..
lol this is hilarious cause when i downloaded the game i was burning it and my comp crashed that sucked and then i burn once again the first version on another disk and guess what it was my last disk its not your fault i will buy more disks anyhow and cant wait to check out the new version
