    GC FCE Ultra GX 3.0.0 - Nes Emulator for Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii

    Tantric has released a new version of the Nes Emulator for Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo Wii on the Official Website:

    FCE Ultra GX is a modified port of the FCE Ultra 0.98.12 Nintendo Entertainment system for x86 (Windows/Linux) PC's. With it you can play NES games on your Wii/GameCube. Version 2 is a complete rewrite based on code from SNES9x GX.

    iNES, FDS, VS, UNIF, and NSF ROM support
    1-4 Player support
    Zapper support
    RAM / State saving support
    Custom controller configurations

    i was playing smb3 on this emulator to test it in comparison to virtual console, it seems slower. altho it looks better. (tried with ntsc and pal timing) maybe running at 90% speed...

    went back to playing smb3 on VC
