The Rockin-B released a Gameboy emulator for the Sega Saturn, heres the info:

(missing) features:
- bad compatibility(currently, bug to be removed) * only most demos work
(let me know if you find a commercial rom working)
- runs some demos almost playable(with frameskip) * only Master CPU is used
* graphic rendering in software
- no sound yet
+ frame skipping
+ minimal CD browser for loading roms
- no zipped roms yet
+ extended RAM Cart support: only 4MB RAM cart allowes playing games bigger than 1MByte up to 4MByte (1MB cart does NOT SUPPORT this)

How/where to download this emu:
Option A) download the ready-to-burn The Rockin'-B All Stars Saturn CD image with some public domain ROMs included, or
Option B) download the Atlas Game Pack and make your own Saturn CD with custom ROMS.
