Changes At The DC Evo Network

As you may have noticed over the last day, the DreamZone forums have moved to a new address. Our forums can still be accessed from their old location, as you will be automatically re-directed to the new location. However, for your records, the new address of the forums is http://dreamzoneboards.com/

Also, DCHelp has moved to a new address, on a new server. You can now visit DCHelp by visiting http://dchelp.net/ The old site will be removed from the server today, and a script will be put in place to automatically re-direct you to our new address.

In addition, we have obtained an additional hosting plan, and have added mirrored copies of all of our image downloads. Very soon, the links for all of our image downloads will be changed, in order to make use of our new mirror.

Finally, we have also started a project at SourceForge, in order to host all of our Open-Source image downloads. If you ever have trouble downloading our images from either of our in-house locations, you can now pop over to http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcevolution and see if the file you are trying to download is available there.

If you have our sites bookmarked, please go ahead and update those bookmarks with the new addresses.

More exciting news from the DCEvo Network will be coming very soon.

It's a complete restructure of the DC Evolution Network!

DCEvo remains the same but now has a complete mirror of it's downloads, a second mirror at SourceForge is also being set up:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dcevolution

As Curt says - 'more exciting news from the DCEvo Network will be coming very soon'.

I'm not giving anything away but I think you'll find that by the end of 2006, the DCEvo Network will become one of, if not THE major DC Network for the scene and community!.

There's no competition intended, the gang over at DCEvo just want to help out and show what's there for the DC fans, DCEmu will always be a major player, but DCEvo will be there to give the scene that extra boost!.

don't get me wrong, i think dcevo deserves the credit, its a great site and resource. and the network idea is the next logical step! you already have to great sites. i think things are looking good between the 3 sites dreamcast-scene, dcevo, and here.
