Proposal - Remove the banner ads for logged in users

Sorry to be annoying, but I really hate those damn banner ads at the top of the page.

Fair enough, the site has to make money. But not many sites subject there logged in users to them.

The text ads? Fair enough, they are fine. But please make that damn banner ad only display to guests?

It's a simple code edit (I know I have done it in the past.)

Not going to happen. If anything they'll make it worse.

What reason was there to reduce the number of news entries on the main page and add page numbers at the bottom other than giving the adds more rotation? It wasn't cluttered.

More clicking to get to the news means more adds you have to look at in the process. Thus more money for the site.
