Wii SD card trouble

A few weeks ago i used this chatroom using the wii internet channel and then my wii got ruined because of some sort of virus. Anyway i decided to save my channels onto my SD card and save a few Miis on my Wiimotes. I reformated my wii and now i can't get my channels back onto the wii... nor can i use them "using this wii console" how do i get my channels back on there?

You cannot get viruses from the Internet Channel, since nothing downloads.

If your channels are "genuine" you can get them back from the Shop Channel under the "downloaded titles" section.
