Its in user mode so using the gta hack u can use PSmonkeys emulator so be happy.

The emulator is in user mode, you're right, but according to PSMonkey, to add sound, use the ME might be needed, and the ME (Media Engine) is avaible on 1.5, but not on 2.XX
