No, I want to but it always requires soldering which I can never do.
Although does installed a custom firmware count as softmodding?
3 Ps1's, 2 Xbox originals, Psp 2000, Ps2 fmcb softmod and a Snes super wild card if that's classed as a mod, also Dreamcast but you can't really call that a mod.
installed modchips, tsop flashes and softmods to numerous xboxes, and installed usb ports on a couple.
flashed my psp countless times, installed flash0 themes, etc.
Modified my psp1000 to charge from usb
installed cd-r mod boards into mine and my friends sega saturn, and the 50/60hz switch too.
modified my n64 to output RGB
my earliest mods were snes 50/60hz and region switches, and converting a snes controller to work on a 3do
Well I've modified the NAND flash memory of my PSP consoles, changed the shell of my 1004 model to a clear blue one and ajusted the UMD drive spring to fix the door misalignment problem. That's about it for now.
Well, I've softmodded two Xbox's with a flash drive, a male Xbox plug to female USB cable, and a copy of Splinter Cell.
I've repaired a few RRoD 360's with the copper penny trick.
I downgraded one or two PSP-1000's and used the Pandora Battery on my PSP-2000.
I've played around with Fat/Slim PS2's and PS2 homebrew (which isn't all too great).
I've fixed a few NESes that wouldn't play games by straightening and cleaning connector pins.
I've also fixed a Model 1 Genesis or two that had a broken reset button.
Finally, I've done some Dreamcast repairs over the years (replacing GD-roms, combining two non-working consoles to play through Sonic Adventure :P). In another Dreamcast-related story, I've done some GD-rom repairs (replacing chewed up ribbon cables, calibrating, cleaning the laser off in a delicate fashion, etc.) and, of course, got into DC homebrew.
EDIT: Yes, I know a few of these don't really count as "mods", but I listed the sometimes difficult repairs.

Only modchip I have ever installed myself was for the Sega Saturn. Easy stuff, but quite a lot of room for error considering I had never soldered b4.
I've never modded consoles. I'd rather to stick to softmodding.
I've never moded any hardware, I have flashed like 10 psps, I attempted to change my phat psp faceplate, I was about to succeed but the damn new faceplate was too cheap and wouldn't fit right, so I changed back the older one.
I've dissasembled and reasembled many console controlers just to clean their parts, snes, N64 and PS2.
That's about it, I have no soldering skills whatsoever.
