I have been playing with Y32 this whole time. How does the speed of v.4 compare to y32 when personally optimized with a game( not the automatic settings ).

Should I switch over? I've been hearing that it's slow. Is it only slow in comparison to previous versions or slow in general? I don't have my psp right now so i can't test it out.

personally, almost all games on the Y emu were unplayable for me.

I've been in the PSP scene from the very beginning and can say that the 0.4me release is more than 2X (maybe even 3X) the speed of Y's.

I think the people who say Y's is faster cannot tell the difference between 0 and 9 frameskip

btw Voltron you shouldn't need 2 frameskip for X3, try auto or 0 because I've beaten 4 of the robot masters and there wasnt a hint of slowdown in their levels.

This emu is amazing (ME ver)... final fantasy 6 plays much better than on 0.3me, but there is a wierd problem with a random message box saying "3" appearing every few minutes...

Stoooopid question how do you get them rom list up during a game tried every key/pad combo I can think off and been thru the menus Help I feel like a noob .

Press L & R shoulder buttons... If you look on the menu it has shortcut keys in the bottom-right of screen.

KILLER-APP!!! Zelda, Streefighter 2, + + runs perfect. F-Zero is still slow, but that is understandable with amount of mode7, it runs pretty fast though.

Anyone know how to play 2 player? Does it work between 1.5 and 2.6?

I downgraded to1.5 And got a lot of help on where to find the programs I needed to allow a 1.50 psp to do everything a 2.0 can do and then some
(by the way thanx to everyone for all the advice and links )
But mostly I downgraded just to see why people say emus like this work better on a 1.5 when the program has the option for kernal mode.
And yeah. Theres no words to describe the difference between what 1.0 and 1.5 users are experiencing, compared to 2.0+
This emu is the bomb

*btw not to go off topic, But i managed to get everything working great, right down to the last detale except one thing,
I got the links 2 web browser, and the psp radio version, Ive scanned and proded and all I ever get is connection refused.
How the hell do it get it to freaking work
