The Custom Firmware 6.00M33 a No Goer ?

The thought of many PSP users, after the release by Sony of a new official firmware is: leave the Custom Firmware? If ever we'll issue a CF 6.00, certainly not be signed M33 and Dark-Alex. This is what emerged from a note by Alek, the webmaster of the network dark-alex.org on PSPWiki. Following the likely number of requests received on the Wiki and the Blog, Alek said that there is no CF 6.00M33 as you will read in full.

I held on to 5.00M33 for a while, not wanting to switch to 5.50GEN, but when Dissidia came out, and I had to, I did. And when I did, I liked it just as well, there's hardly a difference I can tell.

Dark Alex pioneered this stuff, but he's not a god. He's human, he has obligations. I thank him for getting us this far. I just hope that the drama dies down. But whoever can deliver us a 6.00CFW will be held in very high regard for me.

I hope the GEN team releases a firmware soon

, although, they claim that they currently have no plan for a public cfw

@shadowriffe Final Fantasy Dissidia works on 5.00 M33-6
I have 40+ hours on the game and memory speed up hack is awesome !!!!!

This 6.00 is obviously sony baiting us and playing tricks so that if a CFW is quickly released they can patch the majority of GO stock before it's release.

It is best that M33 and GEN do nothing at this time for the time being.

I still use 3. something custom and FF dissidia still works without a hitch.... DA's identity got revealed and I don't blame him for not wanting to continue. I'm happy with his CF and what he has done for us in the past. As long as I still don't have to upgrade then whats the point?

how can you play dissidia on less than 5.5?
the demo requires 5.5 (i'm on 5.00m33-6)

A no goer? Hah, I'm sure something will come up once the PSP Go has been released, trust me. Custom firmware v6.00+ can wait, 5.00 M33-6 and 5.50 GEN-B2 will suffice for now.
