Iris Characters

For anone who needs more characters, this is the site for you.

All you need to do is download the .exe of the character and tell it to install to your Iris directory.
Then delete the files that are not needed e.g sounds and extra skins.
Then re-save the skin as skin.tga and the weapon skin as weapon.tga.
And if needed rename the Character.md2 to tris.md2.

Well, I have gotten a new player model to work with iris following ur guide, but when i used it i can c the character, but no textures! It says falied to load weapon.tga and falied to load ski.tga, what am i doing wrong?

Make sure theres a weapon.tga and ski.tga file
