Wow. Never thought that it would make it all the way around the world like this...

Some of the comments I've seen are in the area of "blocky and unsophisticated"

This wasnt meant to be zomg smexy, it was designed to be a dirt simple way of editing Eboots. I took a leaf out of PBP Unpacker's book and made it simple and made it have an open and new side.

I just wanted to mention to y'all that I'm working on *much* better documentation as well as some better work on the optimization stuff.

    And a clarification:
This requires the .NET 3.5 framework to be installed. However, if you're running any form of Up-To-Date version of Windows, you should be OK. If not, the installer will pick up the required download.

I noticed one french commenter noting that "its a 200M download and loads all libraries at startup and slows down windows."

factually wrong for one reason. The .NET framework 3.5 redistributable is 233MB, however it installs down to 2.0 as well. However, the .NET framework is a Load On Demand system -- if i have an assembly "myCorp.VhostController.Whazzup.dll" and an app (or assembly) that references it, it'll get loaded. However if its not referenced in any currently loaded apps/assemblies then it will not get loaded. Make sense?

Here's a comparison, loading Wipeout (PSOne game, and yes I own it):
