Default Bricked Wii witout HC. Need help!!!

I have this problem from a while ago but I simply didn't seem motivated to fix it then. Well let me expain. I have originally a PAL Wii. But I had to downgrade for some reason(don't remember), and when I downgraded, it became 3.2J. Not knowing how to read jap, I'm wandering in the settings and bam! it erases every thing on there(savefiles, channels,Mii, etc...) and the HC with it. My Wii is not hard modded or anything and it's not soft modded now too. I gues it's just bricked.
    Plz, need help!!
