From what I can see there's a NXP LPC3143FET180 which is a high-performance ARM926EJ processor core running at 270MHz with USB 2.0 support, an Actel ProASIC 3 FPGA, and MT48LC32M16A2 which is a 512Mbit SDRAM circuit. I suspect the 16 pin circuit where the print isn't readable is a flash.
