Question Pirated games on a complex console?

Hello, I recently bought a new dreamcast because my old one died. With my old console I owned many pirated games, all that worked.

My old console was an NTSC one while my new one was a PAL, in order to fix my new console I rewired the motherboard and changed the format to NTSC. http://www.lyris-lite.net/fu_archives/000601.html

This appeared to work because all my authentic games are working however my pirated ones, are not. I have tried using an utopia boot disk and everything, the disk runs, but does not help run any of my games.

Is there any way that people know of to get my games to work?
    thankyou

My console also has no manufacture date on it so i have no idea if its pre or post 2000, all i have is two stickers, each with a different serial number
