    ps3 PS3 whips up a MotorStorm

Dirty, dirty, dirty. However, enough about our out-of-work hours lifestyle, because we'd like to draw your attention to new screenshots from PS3's MotorStorm, which are spitting in our eye this afternoon in a spewing-out-grit-and-gravel kind of way.

MotorStorm's an off-road racer, just in case you were unaware, and you'll be able to park your backside on dirt bikes, ATVs, rally cars, monster trucks and other petrol-powered beasts besides and burn it up hell-for-leather in the wilderness.

Unfortunately theose screenshots don't impress me like the movie at E3 last year did. Hopefully screenshots from the first person view will be more like what they showed us at E3, with the mud splashing up and you having to constantly use the wipers, just the immense amount of dust and particles that gave it more realism.

Agreed.. Those movies really were the bomb until they were discovered as fake gameplay and pre-rendered...

WTF is wrong with game developers today? Do they really think that over using motion blur and depth-of-field makes games look better or more realistic? If so, they are out of their fecking minds. All the motion blur in this game makes it look pathetic IMHO.
