This week's Out-of-Print Archive release is the May 1998, issue 31 of the Official Sega Saturn Magazine, scanned and edited by meppi. The online articles to accompany the release include an interview with Sonic Team on Burning Rangers, Burning Rangers review, a Radiant Silvergun special and a Three Wonders preview. That was one of my favourite issues, well actually just the cover disc.

If my memory serves me correctly, the (three part) Panzer Dragoon Saga guide started with that issue and continued until July.
